Inactive Mautic Contacts? Try a Re-engagement Campaign [Video]

When you first get a new subscriber, they’re (hopefully) eager to open your emails. But over time, interest fades, and you start to notice they haven’t engaged with your content in several weeks – or even months. That’s when you know it’s time to target those inactive Mautic contacts with a re-engagement campaign.

A couple things to keep in mind:

  1. The way I set up the campaign in this video is not the only way (or even the best way) – it’s just guide, a place to start. You might want to include additional emails, tags, and generally take advantage of Mautic’s campaign functionality.
  2. I recorded this video using Mautic version 2.10.1, self-hosted. If something looks different or doesn’t match up when you’re working on your own campaign, it might be because you’re using a different version of Mautic.
